        Not happy with their procedure. Called them out to clear a clog. Tech attempted to clear drain one time. Ran a camera in my system and then sent estimates for over $10k worth of un-needed repairs. Clog was not cleared and said that my pipes needed replacing for my drains to function correctly. I called a different company out for a second opinion. They cleared my drain, and everything worked as it should. I called Stuart services back to ask about a refund, as they did not remedy my problem. I received a phone call back with the answer of "I will have to pass it with higher authority". This was two weeks ago and still no response. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
