I have had Standard Mortgage as my mortgage team for two homes now. Eric and Amanda were the best! Everything was kept simple and easy to understand. My husband & I have been looking to move/buy for about 3 years now. Eric with Standard Mortgage whom we've been using for about 20 years now went above & beyond. During the past 3 yrs Eric has assisted us when we wanted to put in an offer on a property. After 3 long yrs we finally found what we've been looking for. Eric helped us close the deal. We are thankful to Eric, after 3 years of assisting us, we now have the home we've been looking for. Standard Mortgage is the only mortgage company I'd ever use, and Eric I know it took us 3 years, but you were there with us the entire time. The Weller's made the process easy. Anything I didn't understand they explained. I must say I'm very impressed and will definitely recommend to everyone and use again! A few years later and I wouldnt recommend this company. Its always something with them. Staff is rude and they cant explain where my money went and over 2 months time it took them to replace my funds!!
