Katie is amazing! She is thorough & thoughtful. She negotiated really well for me in my recent purchase. Everything I asked them to look into was handled super fast. At closing, Katie was METICULOUS making sure everything was correct & having the paperwork redone. She caught a bunch of errors (from the title company's mistakes) & saved me a ton of money! If I buy or sell again, it will be with them.
