Garden Spot of Mandeville

Bought this $40 Mandevillia along with $300 worth of other plants from Garden Spot of Mandeville GSOM. (I know, a bit much but I got caught up). It looked diseased when I bought it , but the girl assured me that it was fine and said to bring it back if it got worse. The disease spread through the plant within days, and I took pictures and went back to Garden Spot of Mandeville with my receipt. I explained the situation and was told I could not have a refund or even exchange the $40 plant. She said it died bc it needed water. I explained that I had watered it and asked why none of the other $300 worth of plants died including other Mandevillias if I wasnt watering them. She couldnt answer it. I left with no solution and was told they didnt care that I spent $300+.

Customer service is amazing!!! Friendly caring employees who are willing to help and serve make all the difference in the world. Oh and the plants and pots are great too! Worth every penny!

Great place with great customer service. As a landscaper we do a lot of business with different companies for plants and flowers. By far the best customer service Ive received. I went in about 20 minutes till closing due to work. I cant remember the ladys name who helped me but she was the manager. She took the time to show me different options based on my budget and wants. She was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions about the different types of plants. She was awesomenever rushed even though it was almost closing time. She got me out the door with everything I needed under budget. Most importantly she didnt hesitate to give me advice as to what I could do differently to make my flower bed stand out and look better. Will definitely be returning for any plant and flower needs for personal project and business related projects. Very impressed! Thank you Garden Spot !
