The only down size is the price has gone up and the size of the sides with the family dinners are smaller

Went through the drive through and after 20 minutes of waiting for our food we went inside. After that we had to wait another 30 until we got our food. There was constant bantering coming from the back. The service is terrible! Under no circumstances should it take 50 minutes to receive food from fast food or any restaurant for that matter.

By far the absolute worst Popeyes I have ever been to. It is the closest to my house so I try to go back every 3 months or so to see if things have changed, but they just get worse every time. Chicken is always old & chewy - inedible on multiple occasions, workers are rude - they won't even answer you sometimes in the drive-thru. They close whenever they want and not the time posted on the establishment or online. The other night I went there to try again & they wouldn't answer the drive-thru and when I drove around to the window, all the workers chatting and laughing, no one even looked my direction and i sat there for a few minutes before driving away. So ridiculous.

Consistently one of the worst Popeyes locations. It comes nowhere close to fast food. This is clearly a management problem. I just wasted 15 minutes attempting to purchase a chicken sandwich. I ended up walking out after an engagement with one of the employees. I simply asked if we could not get some help on the counter by opening up another register. This was on a Sunday afternoon at 1:30pm. Only 1 register was open. I had 3 people ahead of me. There were at least two other people loitering in the lobby waiting on their food. They were there waiting when I got there, and when I walked out. . The employee proceeded to give me a speech that she was filling the orders and the 1 counter person was taking the orders. She proceeded to tell that I could go through the drive thru for faster service. Thats an absolute joke! Its why I went inside in the first place because there is consistently nothing fast about their drive thru. Bottom line: no sale and I will never return. Simply unacceptable, and I cant imagine a for profit business would think this lackluster performance is in any way acceptable.

Update: Went through the drive through and was told my food would take 2-3 minutes. After about 5, they told me to pull up. 20 minutes later, no food. I went in and asked very calmly what was going on. The only person who even acknowledged my existence was the nice woman who took my order. She apologized and got back to work. The manager hid behind the counter when I asked her what was going on. Another employee told her that I was in the store and wanted to know what was going on. They apparently made the wrong item, which I would have taken at that point, but they chose to throw it away instead. It took about 10 more minutes to make the right item. By then, my other food was cold. They told me they would make me some more chicken. They did not tell me it would take 15 more minutes. I finally left with cold chicken and no apology. Unacceptable.
