Poor communication during weather disaster. The message only states the Time the electricity went off, then gives you the web website to pay your bill. They do not send out updates with an estimated time that the electricity would be restored anytime your electricity goes out, which is often in my area. This company needs to update their communication skills To keep their customers informed

Service is usually great, but the communication from WST is horrible. You can't get answers during outages. They could at least post updates regularly to keep us informed. Almost everyone around us has power but we don't after 14 hours. No trucks in sight and nobody answers any messages.

We've been on the WST system for 27 years and overall it's been a very positive experience. They react as I would expect when I call and they're quick to work on service issues should they arise. Their pricing is usually very reasonable, stable and easy to understand.

who in the right mind would cut off people's electricity at only 11:00 at night. I think they should reimburse everyone they've had to inconvenience considering the amount of money we have to pay for this unfortunate necessity

I have been with WST for 21 years and have absolutely not one complaint with the service. I was reading some of the reviews here and I find it hard to believe that we are talking about the same company. I did notice that no one is complaining about how much the service cost. If you have this company, be thank full because you would have to choose between food or electricity with CLECO.
