I looked in my records to see who you are and possibly who would have told you 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning because we have never opened before 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday in over 20 years? You stated you had an appt for 9:00 and no one was here, then called. We checked our phone records and we have no calls until 10:30 a.m., and it was not you. We were here starting at 9:30 and were here until 2:00 p.m. full crew. We also have never allowed someone to bring their vehicle and wait while we check it. The only thing we can conclude is possibly you called one shop and came to a different shop. You did not have an appointment with Berard's Automotive on Saturday morning, at 9:00 a.m. Please check your records or call me at 985-624-8055 so we can figure this out.
