        As a contractor inquiring about a claim, I havent experienced a more grotesque greeting. The operator was rude and was incapable of allowing to ask questions before interrupting. I would never do business with this company.

        Extremely professional with a hometown touch. This is NOT the Lighthouse Excalibur company from out of state with which so many people are having a horrible experience. Lighthouse Insurance of Madisonville found us the best rates for all our insurance needs and they always help us navigate the process and respond quickly to our questions.
