        Unorganized. Workers were scattered everywhere it seemed like and took forever to get my order. Snowball ice was good but hardly any juice, like as in there was still ice spots on my snowball where syrup should cover entire thing. Might return bc it's only deal in town.

        The bubble waffles were amazing and the portions were great. Was able to put anything I wanted on it and its a real family atmosphere.

        The ice cream bubble waffle was amazing, the inside of the building is warm and welcoming, but the attitude of the girls working there was not the most inviting, I felt rushed and our food was given out of order.

        Hi Blayne, thank you for taking the time to review and send feedback.We are glad you enjoyed your order and the atmosphere of sweetjoy. Inviting, welcoming, kindness and an overall space for families to share joy is a priority of ours so I am sorry your experience with some of our servers did not match this value we have. We are currently hiring and training many new girls and expect them to arise to this standard. As far as the order in which items are received, it is often the case that since bubble waffles take longer than our other menu items, we do work other tickets to lessen overall wait times. It is quite possible this may have been the case. Thank you for coming in, we’d love to have you back.
