9:18am on a Saturday and no one was there. Website said they were open. We called and no Answer.

I wanted 5G Samsung Fold System dropped many times. I arrived at 11am was greeted, An advise my phone selection was not in store it had to be ordered. While waiting another customer Rtn to purchase IPhone was in stock. Her transfer of photos timed out at 3hours... That's how long I was in Russells Verizon location Saturday. Now Im waiting on my ordered to arrive.... Your sales representative Performance in helping over 15 people at once should be appreciated.

Entered store and was not even greeted. Sat and waited to be addressed even though representative was with clients for almost 30 minutes and still was not addressed. Don't know if only one person was scheduled to work, or if this is the result of the labor shortage. Either way, management should figure out how one employee can still at least greet and meet the needs of other customers because the intake process for buying a new phone can be lengthy, but you don't want to neglect other customers for a long period of time either. This is happened more than once. That's why such a low rating.
