        North Oaks in general is not worth a 1 star! I realize I am disappointed at the moment but this happens every month! Sadly its NOT DOCTOR Basso, its her staff, from what I understand anyway. They are so rude. And you know with todays signs on every door we do not tolerate any abuse to employees at our facility and I commend them for that. Its not acceptable! At the same time SOME employees take that as a, get away as I want to treat patient! I do not condone mistreatment of ANY EMPLOYEE in public service. At the same time some are using this to their advantage!!! Use North Oaks and you will see. Dont take my word try yourself.

        Dr. Basso is one of the most caring providers I have ever dealt with. My entire family has made the switch and all of them could not be happier. She listens and you can tell she cares. You don't get that much these days and that is refreshing.
