What kind of urgent care makes you make an appointment ahead of time and then runs out of slots for the day??

My son had an appointment for today and we arrived 9 minutes late because Im also a doctor and was running a little late The secretary was helping other patients and when it was my turn to talk to her, my time was already passed and there was nothing to do. My son doesnt feel good, they need more empathy. Very disappointed!!!!

Never had an issue with staff or the care i received but when i asked for a note for work i was refused one. I was legitimately sick and didn't want to spread what i had around at work. I was told that i could only get a note for the day i was seen but not for the days i had missed at work. Was told that they were trying to stop people from taking advantage. Seriously? That's fine and dandy but when someone is legitimately sick it's not fair that they are refused! Very disappointed!

I've had the pleasure of going to the urgent care and Dr. Crowe's pediatric center. This visit was to the pediatric center with my daughter. There's nothing short of excellence at this place in both regards. Highly recommended by me and my family!!!

Front desk staff could use some work I cant stand every time you try to get your child in to be seen there rude about it. Idc how many people are in the back your waiting room is empty.
