I paid $27k for a 3000 gal per day system from National Wastewater and Keaton sewer systems. Start to finish we had install delays which are understandable. 1. During the install of the system they clipped a gas line, they never told us. We found out it was clipped when we received a $1300 gas bill, of which they said we are not responsible for underground issues. Odd since septics systems are located underground. 2. The real issue was after the system was installed my system was in operation less than six mo this and it already had to be repaired. Less than 30 days after the repair. The system broke again due to there was a pipe that was not connected with the initial install. The only bright mark for this company they recommended a good maintainer for the system. I was informed by their rep Mr. J. Hayes that he would come out and give a tutorial to my maintenance guy for operation of the system. When I called for the tutorial he was on vacation to this date I guess he is still on vacation. It hurts when you spend so much money for a system and less than a year in service I have to have two plumber call out. Save yourself some money and grief, please do not use this company.
