Horrible place. Service is subpar at best. Unfriendly and not very professional. All the five star reviews must be employees or ppl affiliated with them.

This office frequently closes early and does not stay open until their designated hours. If they close early or open late, that should be posted for patients. That's very unprofessional and allows staff to disregard others hurrying in, due to Lake Charles having a major issue with medical professionals and keeping them. Use another lab, if possible. Do not recommend.

I had something to drop off and they locked their doors and closed up before they were supposed to be closed so I wasn't able to leave it. Employees were fine the first time I went in, but if you don't adhere to your posted business times it makes it difficult for people

They close at 5 but stop drug testing at 4pm?? Called to ask why and this annoyed woman said "bEcAuSe tHeY oNlY hAvE 2 pEoPle iN tHe dRuG rOoM aFtEr fOuR". Then why in T-F are y'all still open after 4? So you can collect 1 more hour of paid work just for sitting on your A? Smmfh
