Well this is the first time my Dr sent me here!! They told me I owe $100 for calcium scan but didnt didnt bother to tell me that they were going to charge me 3% on top of the $100. I would have paid cash/check if I would have know!! Im getting tired of all these business charging the customer 3% when its a part of doing business.

I have done this test at this facility before and never had any issues, but on 02/05/2024 I had an appointment at 4:30pm got here promptly at 4:00pm, because they stressed to me to be here before my appointment time, signed in, filled out my paper work while already sitting at the MRI &CT waiting area, and waited for 45 minutes, when another patient came thru the front door and the MRI Technician showed her presence, to let the incoming patient into the MRI room. She didnt even have the politeness of asking me how long I had been waiting, she only took my paper work and said I will call you shortly and gets the new patient into the MRI room, I still waited 10 before realizing she was going to do his MRI and I was supposed to keep on waiting. I proceeded to go talk to the Receptionist who very boldly said go back there, sit down and wait, they are going to call you I said I had to leave and the technician was already working on the new patients MRI. They expressed they had a glitch on the computer system, and the MRI Technician never got the message that I was waiting, which in my opinion was very unprofessional on the Technians part to see me waiting and not even ask at what time my appointment was or anything of the sorts. The only good thing they did that day, was give me another appointment for the same week, but I had to reschedule my physicians appointment. Today I only waited 20 minutes before being called to get my test done, but there are other facilities in the area, which I will use in the future. I will not come back here. So if you value your time, do not come to this place, they are so disorganized, there are about 6 people at the front desk when I got in and only one working.
