Sleep Number

Seriously regret the purchase of my bed always having issues not near half what I paid for it seriously don't buy from them unless you like having issues

We have had a sleep number bed for around ten years now. In that time it has been non functioning about half of the time. A complete waste of money and effort. We have had to replace the control box 3 separate times now. and its broke again. each time we call in they make us run through the group of test and bS as the time before. We try to tell the CSR that it is not our first rodeo with this controller but they want you to do it anyway. Here's a thought Sleep number, keep better customer records. My wife and I have both worked on this thing so much we likely know more about than you do. If you're reading this and thinking about investing your hard earned dollar on a sleep number, I implore you to reconsider your options. Yes the offer a long warranty, but what good is it if you can't get them to respond?

The salesman was so very helpful and patient. I feel like we spent forever trying all the different styles and features. So excited for our new bed
