We purchased our granite here, a few years ago we were able to save it during the total gut of our home after hurricanes Laura and Delta. I have called since before the first of the year, the staff is friendly but theyve given me the run around every step of the way! Someone was supposed to be out two weeks from my first call, no one ever showed up. Every time Ive called its always Ill check with our installer and I hear nothing back. Truly disappointing, since that is all we are waiting on to move back home. Thankfully there is a company out of Houston that shows up when they say they will and gets the job done!

Stone craft is the best place in town for anything to do with floors and countertops. Their employees are very knowledgeable and they offer the highest quality of products at a phenomenal price.

Do NOT shop at this store if you expect good service, quality work and honesty. I carried my house plans with me when I ordered ceramic tile. The salesperson ordered 3 boxes too much. Said that is what I told him to ordered. He refused to make an adjustment for ordering too much. The installer came without calling. The tile that he put on the floor was uneven. I called the salesman, he sent the owner to my home. He told me that I picked a pattern that could not be put down evenly. I told him his installer picked the pattern. The owner called my builder & told him the job was the best that could be done. My builder told him his tile installer could do a better job. The owner told my builder to get his installer to do the job. The owner did not contact me nor apologize. The builder's tile installer put the floor down and it is level. I am so disappointed with Stone Craft LLC. I would not recommend them ever.
