        Exceptional customer service. I placed an order for my mom for her birthday. Wendi's called me to inform me that they knew my mom and that she was allergic to one of the flowers that was in the bouquet I ordered. So they recommend replacing that flower with a different one. Mom loved the flowers, and I loved the service.
