        No customer service at all This is one of the worst dollar generals in the area. Need better management.

        It would be absolutely phenomenal if somebody at this location could learn how to pick up a phone and say "hello, how can I help you?" I also work retail I understand that sometimes it gets real busy and phones are not the main priority in store customers are but the fact that I've tried calling the store multiple weeks in a row now and throughout any of the countless times I have called there has not been a single answer is ridiculous.
