Benchmark Maids

Had a consultation in the beginning of March, the 3rd, for a deep clean. Agreed to the price and the date of the clean for the end of March. Kelli messaged me a few days before stating one of her workers was sick and they might have to split the job over a few days. I agreed, I understand sick happens to everyone. She then messaged me back the next day stating they would not be able to do my clean and would not have an opening for 4-6 weeks. I said okay, since it was a move out clean, and to please put me on the books for as soon as she could. She agreed. Mid April I messaged her asking if she was able to give me an update on my deep clean or if there was a way I could book a light cleaning soon and then a deep cleaning later. Literally would have been willing to pay twice. No response. Beginning of May, 3 days ago, messaged her asking if she had been able to reschedule my clean. No response.. I'm patient but not willing to be ignored.

They do an excellent job cleaning my home. Theyre professional, timely and meticulous. I highly recommend Benchmark for all your cleaning needs. They initially came for a deep cleaning post hurricane construction. I was so impressed with their employees and the job they did that we have now hired them permanently.

Benchmark maids is great company! They are there to please the customer. They make it very easy to communicate any desires and critiques. It's so nice not having to worry about finding a new housekeeper if yours decides to move on to another career ect. If your housekeeper is sick or out they will bring someone else in for the job, everyone had been excellent! Benchmark maids is super high-quality and well worth it. I cant imagine every switching from Benchmark, please stay around forever! Services: Standard cleaning, Deep clean
