image Final Touch I do NOT recommend
The company has held my vehicle for 10 months!!! Final touch worked on my vehicle that was supposedly minor repairs needed because of a wreck and in turn drained my insurance company for over 24k my vehicle was not worth 24k
(my vehicle could have been paid off with the money used from my insurance company to pay Final Touch. I dont understand why the car was not totaled ; in 10 months Final touch made 18 claims on my vehicle .
Final Touch has the worst customer service !!!
Final Touch left my vehicle sitting at the Dodge Dealership for 2 months and made excuses every time I call or go by their office regarding my vehicle!!!
Not only have I submitted this review on this horrible business but I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!
Final Touch needs to be investigated!!! Service: Auto body & trim repair

image I do not recommend this place for any repairs. Just like the other reviews said, major lack of communication, rude and unprofessional interactions, long holding times (2 months for me), and incomplete car repair.
POOR COMMUNICATION/LONG HOLDING TIME: I put my car in the shop November 17th. Now its January and I havent heard a single update about my repair, so I started calling both Final Touch and my claims adjustor (with Geico) a few times a week for updates and kept getting little to no concrete update on when my car would be ready due to shipment issues with parts. Towards the end, the pick up date kept getting pushed back, which put me in a bind since my rental expired on December 17th, but I kept in mind that many places are short staffed these days so I tried to remain patient. When my car was finally ready on January 13th, I was surprised with owing $566.64 that Geico refused to pay (due to prevailing rates for the area). Final Touch failed to communicate this with me in advanced as I called several times a week with detailed questions about how everything was going. I will not elaborate on Geicos part in this due to this review being focused on Final Touch, but I did get it figured out with Geico shortly after. Unfortunately though, at that moment I had to pay upfront because I NEEDED my car. I left feeling flat out scammed.
RUDE/UNPROFESSIONAL: Aside from the LACK of communication, when I confronted them with the issues over the phone and in person while I picked my car up, they were extremely rude, dismissive, and uncompromising.
INCOMPLETE CAR REPAIR: My A/C wasnt blowing cold air when I got it back. I called Final Touch to ask them about it, but they knew nothing and wanted me to bring it in to check on it. Due to my poor experiences with Final Touch, I chose to bring it to a different car shop (Conoco next to the Cheep Cheep Shell on Lake Street) because I didnt trust them touching my car again. Maybe it was simply an accident on their end or maybe they were petty and rushed the finishing touches on my car since I kept calling towards the end, but Conoco found they failed to recharge my A/C after working on/around it. Thank you to the mechanics at Conoco who fixed what they left unfinished.
The only positive thing I can say (which affords them one star) is that the repairs they DID do looked well done, but way overpriced to say they didnt even finish it and have horrible customer service. So much for being called Final Touch... Services: Body & Trim, Auto A/C recharge

image With our a doubt. This is THE COLLISION REPAIR SHOP you need to bring your vehicle to. During the hurricanes they made sure they were fast. Efficient. Honest. And made sure the insurance companies weren't screwing you over. The owner is by far the most genuine man I've ever met. We're lucky to have people like this around. And his business has been established for YEEAAARS. That alone says what a great place this is.

image Vehicle held in shop for three months due to not being able to get parts. I cannot recommend sorry they should notify the customer or turn down work if they cannot get parts. I had to basically call and get things done myself. Office manger was nice but will not be back. Three months is a long time without a vehicle. Go elsewhere unless you want headache the entire way through.
