        I ordered from Caroline and Company online after looking for a cup that was sold out everywhere. They had the cup in stock at an amazing price and shipped it out right away. I received it within a week, very carefully packaged. They also included an adorable, large tote bag with it! I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future!

        I placed an order here and it has been over 2 weeks and my order has not shipped per their app. I have contacted them on the shop app and received no response. I am very frustrated and disappointed.

        I had a great experience ordering from Caroline & Company online. I cannot say enough about their customer service. I was curious about a product that I had heard about and wanted to order a few things to try. One product was received in error. I emailed them and they immediately resolved the situation with essentially no inconvenience to me. Anyone and any company can make mistakes, but the way a company handles the resolution separates outstanding companies from good companies. This is a top-notch company and I will certainly do more business with them.
