My first time selling, and I would use Kimberly Lafleur again in a heartbeat. She gave us names for contractors, painters, and had a stager come. She listens to EVERYTHING! They took photographs, and aerial photographs. Created glossy booklets for our house, wrote a perfect and complete description in our listing, and had beautiful sign out front. They told us exactly how to stage it for views. She hosted 2 open houses, which is when the buyer saw our house. Her communication is IMMEDIATE! Her estimates on price and timing were EXACT! I'm telling you, I was so afraid of selling this house, and she is truly the real estate agent you want on your side. Literally I could not be happier. The sale went through today, and I've been dancing and singing. Thank you Kimberly!

Ms Eliana Ashkar from Latter & Blum is the best! Extremely responsive to the needs High quality in showing the properties / houses matching perfectly to our needs / expectations Very very experienced in her work, yet so humble and professional! Not only helped with finalizing the house , but also with every subsequent steps including throwing a reasonable offer, contract/ agreement, thorough inspection of the house prior to closing ( got her best inspector and successfully got the entire Roof of the house replaced with a new one along with other minor repairs ! ) , Bank Loan Application process. Closing process, post Closing Moving process , etc!! Went way above and beyond with every steps above to make the whole process smooth and easy, I hardly had to do anything !! Strongly recommend to everyone considering buying a house !! Thanks !!
