        We use this company for their printer services through my employer. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is repeatedly the client's fault while they do not take responsibility for their faulty equipment or lack of service for their equipment. After the sales person signed our account we did not hear from him or see him to service our equipment for over a year. The technicians are not available on-demand and the client is left responsible to service the machine.
