        Purchased a bed scheduled delivery and got numerous texts to confirm delivery. Then, 2 hours prior to delivery, they notified me that they lost my mattress and had to reschedule 2 weeks later. Nobody from Sleep Number is accepting responsibility, and there is no accountability anywhere. The store is of no help, claiming that once they get our money, it's turned over to corporate, and they have nothing to do with it and have no say or contacts to help. So they have my money. I have no bed and have 2 more weeks to find a place place to sleep off of my concrete floor during the holiday season. I hope those at Sleep Number have a happy holiday with my money.

        It was brief. I knew somewhat of what I wanted. He showed me my options, I picked out what I want and placed the order. Mathew was cool and direct, just the way I wanted. He promised to help me with the app once I get the bed. Now to get some sheets.
