      image Recently was in a car accident with someone. I don't have Allstate is my insurance but the elderly man that hit me was. This is absolutely the worst insurance company EVER. The elderly man was in the wrong and he was written 2 tickets. I had been going back and forth with this insurance company for almost 2 months now. They are refusing to fix my vehicle but insisted that MY OWN insurance company fix the damaged to my vehicle. Which I already stated that it was NOT MY fault the accident happened.
