This hotel is not very well cared for. You can tell the owner is trying to cut costs which we immediately felt as soon as we walked in the lobby. It reeked of THC as did the elevator and hallways. I have never experienced a BW like this. Usually they are extremely nice, and clean hotels and the reason they are my go-to lodging for most of my traveling. I didn't get the feeling that my room was REALLY clean. The towels felt like they hadn't been in a dryer but were left to air dry and rolled up, the microwave plate was filthy, the walls were dirty with finger/hand smudges, and there were no additional furnishings other than the 2 beds, a desk, and desk chair. Most BW's also have a lounge chair or single sofa to relax in. The coffee was the cheap kind - I wound up throwing mine out and getting a cup later from a gas station. Shower was barely warm and pressure low (which is mostly a government thing). My traveling companions had the same experience with their room. There is absolutely no pride in this establishment by the owner. I reserved these rooms via the reservation number and asked the agent to find a BW near Interstate 10 in Lafayette, when I usually reserve online after checking ratings by other guests. Turns out there was another BW(Plus) only 2 miles away which I probably should have requested. In any event, I won't ever be staying at this BW again and won't recommend that anyone else does. You've got a low quality facility here, BW!

This was the most horrible hotel experience Ive ever had with any hotel. I was charge twice when checking in. I was told the initial charge was to guarantee the booking and again when I checking plus a $50 security deposit. The staff was great and tried helping in every way they could. The room was horrible and nasty. The bathroom mirror was dirty the carpet had stains that appeared to be vomit, there was specks of glass throughout the room floor (thank god I didnt travel with 2 year old son) and the carpet had so much debri on the floor from prior guest such as food and rubber bands also the bath towels were dingy. The staff was apologetic and move me across the hall the appeared to be clean but the sheets a black stain that appeared to be a mildew stained and there was a bed bug under the pillow. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures online. I was told because it had just be renovated there wasnt a couch nor chair in the first room and the air conditioner made a loud cracking noise the whole entire night.

I needed to get away from the stress and this was a great pleasant and quiet night
Rooms: Very clean and big..I slept well and enjoyed my night.
