Mr. James was highly recommended by people I trust and using his services was a great investment in purchasing our home. I have used Turn Key Home Inspections on two properties so far and have been extremely satisfied with the thorough inspection he provides. He will make sure you understand in plain terms what issues you should take into account and will provide a report far more detailed than others I have seen. He is the only inspector I would use in this area. Edit: Two years ago Mr. James inspected my home and the advice he gave was spot on. The timelines for repair are lining up with his report. The things he told us would need to be done did need to be done exactly as he said they would. No surprises. The inspection Mr. James did for us was money well spent.

Working with Mr James at Turn Key Home Inspection was a pleasure from the start. He was very responsive throughout the process. He was able to get us scheduled quickly, showed up early for inspection, and quickly turned around the report. He is knowledgeable on home inspections and takes time to make sure that you understand all items during the inspection.
