        I placed an order for a Christmas gift without realizing the turn around time, so it was possible my items wouldn't arrive in time. The staff were so incredibly helpful and nice and my items just arrived with a couple days to spare! Would recommend them to anyone.

        What a fantastic shop!! Tons of gifts to choose from and Santa's helpers are working overtime to get it all done. Very impressive. I will be back.

        Honestly, I am very disappointed. I was super excited to use this company and had heard many great things! Sadly, they did not meet my expectations. Promised deadlines missed time and time AND TIME again. I honestly wish they would have just stopped giving me deadlines because they were never met. Expect looooooong wait times and low quality design, met with only excuses. Staff is sweet but apparently "head embroiderer" never shows up to work. I feel very disappointed and let down and will not be returning. Service: Embroidery designs
