        Went into Lafayette, LA restaurant on Bertrand Drive yesterday at 4:45 pm for a burger. Was busy and I could not get waited on. Manager asked an off the clock employee to come help. Employee walked up to me to take my order, was stopped by the manager and told to take drive through orders. If they do not want to serve people inside the restaurant , they should close the lobby and just serve the drive-through.

        The last two times I ordered a burger the first one was burnt and the second one was sloppy and look like somebody just threw onions and multiple pickles on my burger ! Will never order again very disappointed . Waste of money
