        Moved here from St. Tammany a year ago, worst mistake I've made. I've had more power outages with slemco in a year than I had in 20 years in St. Tammany including during tropical storms and hurricanes!! My bill is set on autopay and never an issue when they get paid! Have they even offered credits?! Negative, hire some people that'll do the job right the first time!! Alot of uneducated incompetence in Acadiana!!

        The fact that we have no choice in energy companies in my area is unconstitutional. Not to mention slemco has increased our rates AND our new sewer company ( magnolia) has also raised their cost to $70 a month!! What can we do to appeal this?
