Vincent is absolutely awesome! Due to a tragic fire at my apartment while I was at work (a jar of pickles broke when the canned goods cabinet was burning and put out the fire) resulting in extensive smoke damage which sadly my darlings Ike, Bubba and Lilly didn't survive After reading some reviews about pet cremation places I quickly chose White Bridge and called them. I chose the perfect pet cremation place. Right from the start Vincent was kind, compassionate and caring. He is a wonderful person who truly cares about people and their pets during their time of need. Since my furbabies all basically died together I was going to have them cremated together. Vincent gave me a deal because of all the overwhelming events happening in my life that the fire created. When I went to pick up my furbabies ashes he went to show me how nicely their little inked footprints turned out. It was at that time he informed/showed me that he had cremated them all separately so I could buy individual urns for them. He went above and beyond my expectations! Vincent and I had a nice long chat about various things including what he wants to do in the future with his property and kennels. He would like to start a pet sanctuary. He is such an awesome man, I wish him all the best with his pet cremation business and his future sanctuary. This world needs more wonderful people like Vincent in it. I highly recommend Vincent and White Bridge to anyone in need of his services.

I originally spoke with Vincent. He was very professional and polite. He explained the process and cost. Cost was $70 cheap than anywhere else. Dappy was a 3 pound chihuahua whom passed at age 16 from natural causes. The conversation was also great when we started conversing about his plans for the kennels.Which as an animal lover. I absolutely love the idea. There are not enough people who care enough to stop and help animals. Rebecca came a picked up my brother's dog Dappy from us at work. With a small Gas charge. The process was 3 days total. I find that was excellent time to have it done. We did have a misunderstanding about pick up time, but Vincent offered to reimburse us money which we refused. It was a simple miscommunication. He was so apologetic, but it was both of our mistake. Dappy came back to us in a cardboard box with her paw prints, creations certificate, and ashes. We did choose to get a wooden box to put her ashes in so she could sit with my dog Bruiser who passed away last year. They were friends for 10+ year and we wanted to rest together. Rebecca dropped the wooden box off to us at work across Lafayette well put of her way. We truly appreciate that. The whole experience was personal and amazing and I highly recommend there services. I loved the service they provided and 10/10 recommend!

I just want to say, Christmas time is the worst time to loose a furry family member. My daughter and I lost our baby boy Mando last week to someone hitting him with the car. He slipped through the fence and she didn't know he had got out. While my daughter cried over him, we had to get our baby out of the road. I didn't know what to do at the time. She wanted him cremated. And I knew I didn't have the money for it. So I asked her where would you like him to go in the yard? Not knowing what to do. We buried him thinking this isn't what my 15 year old daughter wanted. The next morning I called one place. White Bridge. They where so amazing and with so much love and care towards our loss.. I was told that they could go head and cremate him and I could pay for it when I got the money. Christmas time Is a hard time to have to Put anyone to rest. But they made it work for us. We where able to get our baby back with foot prints. And a Beautiful box and Certificate to go with it. As long as My daughter and I live in this area, we will always use yall. Thank you for all that you've done.
