They turned me away when I needed help because I didnt have an appointment. Im sure if I was black and not young and white they would have help but as it stands the security guard wouldnt let me passed the door. So much for community healthcare right

Dr. Boutte is a sweetheart and very patient and knowledgeable but her staff is unprofessional, uncoordinated and ghetto. Appointments are always rescheduled and the staff never has knowledge of who placed the calls to reschedule or who left messages. No one ever knows anything. No one is ever on the same page. Whether you condition is critical or not, you will continue to be rescheduled without knowledge. You can count on that.

Rushes and doesnt listen he doesnt speak just starts doing stuff and thats uncomfortable to me because I am a female hes rude and thats not okay for me especially if I have a physical issue .
