        Horrible customer service. Told me 9 minutes wait time and they would walk food out to me. 3o minutes passed. Went in to get food they had never dropped my chicken. So they told me it would be 10 minutes on my food...

        If I could give NO star, I would. Terrible service. Speaker was out of order so we had to wait in line for twenty minutes to order at the window and we waited there for another 15 minutes before driving off. Employees were on their phones, not paying any attention to the drive thru window. Never going to this location again.

        This place has went down hill. Wait 30 mins for my chicken and was cooked all the way and the mashed potatoes were watery. Hope the manager properly train these kids better.. lord I drive all the way to the south side to get chicken or opelousas..
