I walked into the store wanting a new phone and knowing exactly what I needed and that they had it in stock. They proceeded to make me wait while they tried to find the best deal and then hand wrote things out on a quote sheet. It turns out this company cannot even help because they are not an AT&T Corporate store and merely an authorized retailer. They wasted 45 minutes of my time in the store while I had my toddler with me. 0/5. Do not recommend. I would avoid Blue Link stores at all costs. You would be much better off going to an AT&T Corporate store where they do not handwrite quotes like it is 1994 and use outdated, sleazy sales tactics.

I had a great experience with Tae. I needed a new phone since mine was damaged. She helped me file a claim. She did not try up sale me or convince me to get something newer. She asked when I came in what kind of phone I was looking for. She found exactly what I needed. She got me in and out of the store within 10 minutes with a new phone on the way. I am a very happy customer.
