        I'm only giving this store a 1 star review because of my experience. First call to the store I was told I would have a quote by end of day. That didn't happen. Emailed the GM and the store, with a follow up call. The gentleman Bailey I spoke to apparently does not know door take off language. He quoted for a complete door 9' door when I was asking for 8/0 (6' 8") slabs. I sent them the quote from 84 lumber trying to keep it local. Mr. Bradley should receive a 5 star. He fixed the pricing. However, after I agreed to everything I had to email him and John, then call to find out how to pay at least 7-9 times. Do the fact Bailey wrote down the incorrect information, the slabs were delivered incorrectly. Mr. Bradley tried his best to make everything correct, unfortunately he was on vacation when I needed the doors. The trim gentleman the sent over was great. He stated, you should hear from the big boss man today (John). Never received a call or an apology. I had to follow up for a refund. Do not recommend them at all!
