        The policy on returns sucks so bad. I bought a starter and obviously HAD to test in the car and install to see if that was the problem, turns out it wasn't and they didn't let me return and refund my money. Basically throw money in the trash because of them

It is true that Installed parts cannot be returned as they are not able to be resold as well and electrical items are a safety concern to resell.
