Everyone at Gary's was friendly, professional, and got my car looking like brand new. I don't know what y'all are saying to get any sass because they were all so kind. They even made everything I'd left in my car look neat and clean. They were so kind that I actually looked forward to going over. Thank you all at Gary's so much - y'all made this process stress free and gave me my brand new car back!

We live out of state and had to have some work done. Told me I would have to pay a deposit so they could order the parts and allowed me to write a check to save the credit card fee. I appreciated that. Then, when the work was complete, they told me that I had to pay with a credit card that I could not pay with a check because in order for the vehicle to be released, it had to be paid immediately. I gave them a credit card number and accepted the fee. 98 days later they processed the payment. I called and was told they had a credit card problem but they would not reimburse my 3 1/2% credit card fee. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. The work they did on the vehicle appeared to A very good job. I was very dissatisfied with their customer service and the way they handled it.

Husband took the car to get an estimate, woman at the desk was rude as hell. I get yall not taking cars but to tell my husband if we not going with yall then you not checking my car out. We went there for an estimate so I can send off to insurance company. Never stated work wouldnt be done there just needed the estimate to send off to insurance. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and treats the next customer nicely.

They did an amazing job with our truck! They went above and beyond, very professional, in s timely manner. Truck looks brand new!!! Will definitely go back to have body work on my suv.

They did a good job on the vehicle, can't complain. I was rear ended and my back end was pretty tore up, but it looks brand new. They finished it a reasonable amount of time and a fair price.
