        There are some cosmetic issues with the property and inside of the unit. I guess that is to be expected with an older complex though. For the most part it is kept up with and fairly quiet. Brandy, the property manager, was very helpful and has been very responsive with anything I have asked about. There isn't ever any issues with parking, wish that there were more guest parking near my actual unit, but residence parking is abundant.

        This place is really amazing! This is my first apartment and Im still learning how everything works and brandy (manager) has been helping out me and my roommate so much!! The maintenance men also are quick and will help out in other small things that are not listed in the maintenance request form! We definitely feel spoiled here!
