It has been so easy working with Chris @ FelJo. My homeowners insurance went up by $2000 a year, and he shopped around and found another company that was almost the same as it was before. He also did the same for my car insurance. Out of the blue, it almost doubled! He was able to find me a much lower rate so I didn't have to use my time to shop around. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. He's easy to get in touch with, and will respond after normal business hours. The employee was great. She went through about 10 different senators with our Hyundai (almost impossible to insure even though it is not one of the ones being stolen), our commercial truck, and our travel trailer.

As everyone's home owners insurance rises about 60% in LaPlace, I am at a breaking point! Three months ago, no one was writing new policies because of the payouts and damage due to hurricane Ida. I called up Chris and he was able to help me reduce my insurance from almost 8k a year to half that!!! Easy communication, fast quotes, the best results and super understanding about the situation I was in. I called about 10 agencies before finally getting a hold of them and was at a loss. I'm glad I called him. You will be better off with them than Louisiana Citizens! Thank you again Chris!
