Super 8 by Wyndham Kinder/Coushatta near Casino

This motel is worth spending a night. The rooms are clean , staff is friendly, n the location near the casino is excellent. Just a couple minutes away. It sure beats paying 400.00 for one night especially if you're not going to gamble. I went to a concert at the casino on a Saturday night so you do the math.

They need better services at the front desk to meet and greet everyone that come for service. Rooms: They're much better then before

We came to run for the barrel race and we had a service dog with a vest and a card on him. We checked into the room and about 9:00 at night we got a knock on the door and the lady told us that we could not have a dog told her it was a service and said ok but you have to pay a 150 dollar fee we told we could not pay it because spent are money on the race she put us on the phone with the manager and was very unkind and did not understand it is a federal law that u can not ask what the fog is for and can not refuse us. We left the next morning because we refused to be harassed the had bright white signs that said you can not have dogs but service dogs are welcome. Next morning when we went to go get are refund the signs were not up. We called wyndem and told them happened and they started to harassed us. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we will not be going to any Wyman hotel against were told that is not only is a state law but a federal law and we will be calling the state of louisiana about this.

Called to see if they had a room said yes gave our name said we were 7 mins away when we got there he said someone had just booked the room online
