We met Doris Schutte online with the hopes of finding a place to live in New Orleans. We had always loved visiting but wanted to see what it would be like to live there. Doris went over and beyond to find a rental for us. The place we finally settled on was not one she would get a commission for but looked at it anyway, she was more concerned with helping us find a good rental, we had become true friends. After just weeks in New Orleans we knew we belonged there and Doris began her search for our dream home. Yesterday we closed on our new home in New Orleans that she found for us, we are so excited, for the home and our on going friendship. Doris is obviously a person that loves what she does and gets joy in their happiness!

I never heard back about a house I was interested

I had a very bad experience with this office, I called to schedule a showing and the agent never showed up at the place, didn't call or text, nothing. I called the office two times and they were not able to help me because the system was down... I waited for 40min and left a written note with my phone # (thinking that maybe they got it wrong in the first place and couldn't t reach me), I thought I would hear back from them with an explanation but it never happened.
Had I known this place was not serious or interested in helping me, I wouldn't have taken my baby with me to suffer the wait and wasted our time, it is simply not right to play with people's time. Very disappointed.
