        Waited in line for 40 minutes (6 people ahead of me) and didnt get a smoothie because I had to go board.

        Severely understaffed. Waited 20 minutes to order a smoothie bowl. Got to the register and the lady said, "I'm by myself. I'm not making that." Wish I'd looked at the reviews before standing in line for 20 minutes to order something the employee didn't feel like making.

        Young lady behind the counter needed help. Why do you leave one staff here alone to struggle with a huge line? Awful corporate management- seems like. She kept a cool head despite being fully overwhelmed with work. Shes a boss, give her a raise. Now that Ive looked at other reviews Ive decided to boycott smoothie king based on my experience today. I spend probably $100 on smoothies every month, and I bring my rugby club with me. So you really effed this one up smoothie king. And I dont want your blanket corporate response. What I want to hear is we have changed management and the location is now fully staffed. I cannot and will not support a business that abuses staff and customers for what a few extra bucks? Not worth my time. Youve made a smoothie enemy.
