Excellent place for workout

Ive been going to this gym for two years now and I really like it. But Ive been trying to cancel my membership for the past two weeks because I relocated to another part of town and its more convenient for me to go to another gym. However, Ive tried calling to see when the staffing hours are, and for the past two weeks, no one answers the phone Could be in the morning in the afternoon or in the evening, so can someone please read this email? Let me know when I can come in so I can cancel the membership. I was ideally trying to do it two weeks ago so that I wouldnt be charged in May for a membership since Im not going to be going to the gym in May but regardless please if you see this comment and reply to it that would be great. Thanks

Kenner - I am a member and no one answers the phone. I text and was told staff would be available at 3pm. Most the time no one is available as staff. Disappointed in this establishment
