Refused to serve pretzels even though they were in the display (tried for the two hours I waited for my flight). Barely looked at us while talking and I told her my flight was leaving and they were ready in the display and she still refused. Said if I sell it to you Ill have to do it for everyone but there was literally nobody else in the concourse and they had also been open for two hours already ??

Same as all the other reviews... Came for pretzels, and kept getting told it would be 30 minutes until they're ready. After 2 hours of trying for pretzels, I gave up.

Save yourself some time and just go buy food somewhere else. Slow and not great service at all

Poor service. Super Rude. Never saw anything like it. There were two large, cold, hard pretzels under the light. The employee told me she was not making any new pretzels until everything under the light was sold. I told her I wanted the nuggets size pretzels, which were not available at the time. She said, as I told you before, I'm not making Any new pretzels until we are completely out. I left and returned later about 50 minutes later, a new batch of pretzels had just made it out of the oven. She yelled out to everyone in the line that, she was not taking any orders until all of the new batch were in cups and placed under the light, which she stated would take an additional 15 minute wait time. What happened to HOT and Freshly Baked? Why do the customers have to wait until the pretzels are cold before they can order them? The woman was Super Rude and she should be fired for her rudeness and lack of customer service skills.

Tried to order from here at 5:10am (which online it says this Auntie Annes opens at 5am), and I walked up to the counter. The workers back was turned facing the line of customers waiting to order. I asked the worker, is it open for the day to order yet? She did not even turn to look at me or say any words. She just shook her head and kept ignoring people. So rude. Will be getting food elsewhere.
