Trademasters

They have come out to inspect AC... gave a recommendation.. I have been trying to call them for 3 days.. left multiple messages.. no response.. dont bother with this company.. move on.

Similar to most other reviews. Had AHS send them out first time took less than 5 minutes to look at inside unit said it was a oil leak. I've been contacted the original AC company that clean the coils, they came out confirmed there was no leak tested the outside compressor and confirmed it was that unit. Called trademasters back they sent another technician out also confirmed there was no leak and confirmed that it was the compressor. I was told that I would be contacted within a day or two, now 3 to 4 weeks later I cannot contact them and AHS cannot get them to answer the phone. I have tried 4 to 5 times a week to call them with no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you're going through your home warranty company Make sure that they get a different AC company.

My last 2 experiences with Trademasters have been excellent. Within 15 minutes of American Homeshield assigning them to our repair, we received a text and email from them offering an appt time. Both times, the appt was within 24 hours. The techs who showed up on both appointments were professional and knowledgeable, and repaired our issue same day (one was a broken part on our heaters and the other was a clogged drain). We will request them again when calling American Homeshield for AC/Heat repairs.

American home shield is the company I deal with my AC was started broke down in June they had trade Master come out the repair of my air conditioner first time they came the gentleman said nothing was wrong he said the air conditioning unit in the Attic needed to be cleaned and it will cost me 1215 I paid the gentleman my air conditioner broke down again I called American home shield then turn told me they would send somebody out and when he sent somebody out it was trade Master again once again nothing was done I had to call him and call him and he never responded I'm out of 1215 for no repairs that they were made I want to know how I can get my money they don't they don't respond to phone calls they're not a good reliable company they take your money and don't do anything it's a horrible company I have experienced them six times the last time American home shield had a company to come out and it was the fan I think it was the fan that was in the yard or whatever this thing is in the yard the gentleman came out there took him less than a half an hour to repair it it was it was nothing wrong with my air conditioner it just needs a fan to be repaired it's a terrible company get any good service Service: A/C system repair
