I called to get my air fixed. They chose to send someone after hours to get double pay. Without going in the attic, without opening up my unit the man tells me he " would have to sleep on it and come back tomorrow" SO why send someone after hours if they are not going to fix it? Obviously for money. The extremely rude receptionist called back this morning ( not knowing I already have a qualified and real company here fixing it) to tell me they cant help me. So they send someone to diagnose an issue. They do not diagnose it and want to be paid. Beware of these people.

Called this company and aside from the very rude receptionist they sent a man put who did not thoroughly check my unit. How do you see what is wrong if you do not look at it. 5 years ago they came to fix it my usit and put a part on that did not fit. it took them 6 months to cut off the thing that was too large. Not a good company. they try to take money and do not do the work.
