A family member of mine waited days, even a week, for someone to call him back about his A/C. He was charge $90 just for someone to LOOK at his A/C and was told there were multiple things broken that needed to be replaced. Then when the person called him back after waiting four days to a week for a call back after he had called every day since the person came out and looked at it, the person LAUGHED at my family member telling him to calm down stating he just had a second to look at the missed calls. So you mean to tell me, after almost two weeks of WAITING for someone to call my family member back after he had called multiple times a day for those two weeks, NO ONE had a chance to look at the missed calls or voicemails in those two weeks? Ridiculous. Never trusting these people after they just charged my family member $90 just to come out and have a look then not bother giving him a call back.
