My interaction with Jakob can only be described as empathy. He went beyond what was required of him to help me overcome my obstacle. Without a doubt, I would have struggled to get my medical device without his intervention.

They're so kind and understanding at this clinic. Jake and Savannah have been a blessing. They help my fianc to feel comfortable and strong in his prosthetic, and are always thorough and caring. I'm unsure of the administrator's name but she's also been wonderful with calling to verify info, help with insurance, and follow up on any concerns or new appointments. Overall we love this clinic and choose this one because of the staff and prosthetic quality, even though we live 2 hours away

Excellent staff. Absolute Saints for trying to keep up with my TBI thought hopping word salad tangents and misunderstood instructions while trying to eval me for orthotics. These ladies were GREAT at redirecting me back to the question and topic also couple of the VERY few out of dozens I've seen about these conditions, who didn't (make it obvious if they were)get annoyed at something clearly beyond my control. Absolutely would recommend to ANYONE who is in need of this type of service. Thank you so much.

The sweetest staff ever. Highly recommend. They made sure my son had the correct fit for his helmet, and let me know if we needed to make any changes to the straps not to hesitate to call for them to fix it. Each time we went they gave both my children cookies, and made their day.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE !! My mother was measured for a brace by Hanger Clinic on November 2 while in the hospital. she received no information or heard anything from them at all. I called on Dec 2 to follow up and no one could tell me what happened. I was told I would receive a call back the next day or at the latest on Monday Dec 6. I did not hear anything back. I called today on Dec 9 to follow up. Again, No one could give me information regarding the status of receiving her brace. I was told that they contacted my mother on Dec 2, which ironically , is the same day i contacted them. Even if they contacted her on Dec 2 , that's a month later. Now they are telling us my mom needs to setup an appointment to get a cast for the brace and it will be 3-4 weeks before she gets it. Apparently someone dropped the ball and she has to start the whole process over. This brace is very critical and important to my mother's recovery. This is not how you do business. I would NOT recommend anyone do business with them. Stay as far away from them as possible. If your physician recommends them.. do your self a favor and ask for another more reliable company.
