I made my appointment 6 months ago. I made the first appointment at 9 AM. I got there at 8:30 AM and they had 5 people ahead of me. The nurse told me that I will be there 21/2 hours. That is no way to treat a patient. Then which I kinda understand for safety purposes, after I got my eyes dilated, I would have to go sit in my car, then they would call me on my cell phone. There is a big enough lobby to take some chairs out of the office and sit dilated patients apart! They are just packing them in! I saw one of my doctors last week, They ask me to come on time, gave me a mask and had only 6 chairs in the office lobby. These guys ask me to bring my own mask. They need to see LESS PATIENTS! MONEY HUNGRY DOCTOR!

My dad my son and my husband all go to this doctor and has been .. he is thoroughly great at his work . My don eyes was get holes in the back he work on them right away and my son had no problem.. we had no real wait times yes on other occasions we may have to but this is your eyes and this doctor is worth the wait because he wants to make sure that you get the best care . Now I have seen the nasty comments and complaints but let us honey her his work is clean and great period now if you want a microwave eye cate then seek them that rush work on yours eyes . Your eyes are not a sandwich . I habernos to others eye care doctors it is not no difference. Now eye glasses are fast . This is your visions.. and the staff at both locations are great and the follow up especially when they have done a procedure is great .. keep up the great work DOCTOR. I love you but Jesus Christ love you more..

Cannot emphasize enough how much of a waste of time & money this will be for you. You will spend several hours waiting to be seen each time & , if in the morning, as one of my appointments were, the doctor himself will not even be there yet. You will receive no clear answers, yet you will continually be asked to reschedule.

Find another doctor ASAP. This is not about long wait times or weeks of unreturned phone call by his assistant Charlotte...FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!
